Stockholm Dynasty is collaboration project between Ensemble Nylandia (FI), Estonian Baroque Ensemble (EE), and Ensemble Hyperborea (NO) focused on the works in the Düben manuscript collection. Its program examines the musical exchange between the Stockholm court, the German States of Thuringia and Saxony, as well as the Parisian opera on the second half of the 17th century. I serve as the project’s artistic planner and coordinator.
The project started off at the BarokkiKuopio Festival (FI) in July 2022, and its next concerts will feature at the Ceciliana Early Music Festival, Tallinn in 25.-26.3.2023. In October 2023 the Stockholm Dynasty will expand in 2023 into a collaboration with the German ensemble Weimar Baroque. We will perform in Norway at the Tromsö Internasjonale Kirkefestival on 1.11. and Trondenesdagene on 2.11.
